I really need help. My shop has been open for months and nobody buys a thing. and how do I get a fountain faerie quest?

You can only recieve a Fountain Faerie quest in a Random Event, which is very rare. They items that she asks for a VERY expensive.
 
No-one buys anything from your shop is probably because, the items are too expensive, or useless. You could link to your shop in your NeoBoard siggy, and post on the Shop Boards.
